The Clubhouse (at Wilding Waterhall)

The clubhouse is a venue available for hire, on the outskirts of Brighton, perfect for team meetings, staff away-days, conferences, regular clubs and events. This former golf club is located on the South Downs just south of Devil’s Dyke, with incredible views of rolling hills and rare chalk grassland. The building is situated in the heart of the city’s rewildling project – Wilding Waterhall. A perfect get-away space for a fresh perspective.

Facilities include:
- Large, airy and bright, with huge windows
- Multiple paths leading around the wilding site to explore
- Large outside area
- Capacity: 50 people
- Disabled access and toilet
- Large free car park, plus walking and cycling routes
- Kitchen facilities for tea and coffee
- WiFi mobile hotspot (max 32 devices connected)
- Tables and chairs

Cost:
- £100 per 4-hour hire slot (4-hours is the minimum hire length, full day hires are also available)
- Reduced price of £80 for large charities, and £60 for small community groups
- £12 per hour additional fee for weekend hires
- Hires are currently available during daytime only, we plan to offer evening slots from 2024
- Group wellbeing activities on site are also available for an additional fee – enquire to find out more.
