Community Base’s reception is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday. Reception will be closed over the lunch period 12.30pm to 1.30pm. All general enquiries to Community Base are dealt with by our receptionists. You can contact our reception on (01273) 234000, internal phone extension 1200 or by email at email@example.com.
Please use the intercom next to the reception door on arrival. If you have an appointment, you will be asked to wait outside until your appointment time.
Due to covid -19 we would be very grateful if you could wear masks and use the hand sanitiser provided.
Our reception provides information about groups at Community Base and a wide range of other matters. You can pick up copies of our poster guide to groups at Community Base and other local community services from our reception. You can browse folder with local community job opportunities and volunteering opportunities and pick up a wide range of free community leaflets, newsletters and magazines.
If you want to put any printed material in our reception you should contact our receptionist at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not advertise commercial activities.
Hundreds of people use our reception every week and we are acutely aware of the need for this important access point to a variety of local services to be a safe place for everyone using it. Anyone using or threatening violence or behaving in an aggressive manner in reception will be barred from Community Base.
