Brighton Natural Health Centre

The Brighton Natural Health Centre is a charity founded in 1981. At our centre in the North Laine you can do activities to support your health and mental wellbeing. We run classes for everyone. We offer: yoga, dance, pilates, meditation, tai chi, movement for health and more. We also arrange talks and workshops.

The Brighton Natural Health Centre studios are now closed until further notice. In the meantime, we remain committed to providing you, our much valued BNHC community, with as much support as we can give to help you manage your well-being, especially at this difficult time. As such, on Tuesday 24th March, we launched our timetable of live online classes.

We recognise the important role our activities play in the health and well-being of our community and the livelihoods of our teachers, and want to reassure you that all of your needs have been central to our conversations and planning during these unprecedented times.

As well as offering a variety of 'pay as you can' classes from £3, we are now offering some free short led-relaxation sessions online. This is our gift to the local (and global) community. These sessions are open to all and suitable for beginners. See our timetable for more information. We hope to bring you pre-recorded content to download soon. Please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media for all the latest updates.
