Sutton and District Training Limited (SDT) has been established for twenty one years and we provide flexible training which develops the skills and confidence of adults and young people. We are an organisation which offers an inclusive holistic package in a safe and secure environment.
What does the opportunity involve doing?
We have opportunities for training assistants and a local college in Brighton. We are looking for people who can work with young people aged 16 and upward offering guidance and support in lessons and in general.
Training and support is available and you will work with a small team of qualifies staff in a small and friendly environment.
What induction, training and support is offered?
Full induction will be given plus education and safeguarding professional development training.
