Social Media Volunteer at Women in Leadership

What does the opportunity involve doing?

We are looking for someone to help grow our online presence and
keep our Facebook and Twitter accounts exciting and up-to-date.
Time commitment: Approximately two hours per week
Location: Home-based
Key responsibilities:
 Schedule regular posts promoting our events, activities and services
 Respond to comments and mentions
 Grow our social media networks by connecting with and promoting relevant
organisations, projects and events
 Respond to or pass one enquiries received via social media

What induction, training and support is offered?

You’ll be given full induction and training support from our CEO , Cianne Jones in our UK office and through our Programme Manager, Mukyala Zaituna in Uganda together with other team members and Board Trustees.

What skills or qualities are needed?

We would like you to have :
>experience of using social media for marketing, either through your work, study or previous volunteering
>You are familiar with social media platforms and tools
>You can write clearly and concisely
> You have a keen interest in women's support services, and
>a passion for women and girls empowerment
 >You’re reliable and able to work independently
