What does the opportunity involve doing?
Come and join our enthusiastic team of volunteers at our water station at the Brighton Half Marathon on Sunday 27 February 2022. Your support will mean the world to the runners as they run through the closed roads of Brighton. They have been working hard to train and fundraise, now it’s our job to keep them hydrated by handing out cups of water and get them over that finish line with as much support and encouragement as we can give. Volunteering will take place in the morning, exact timings tbc.
The water station will be located close to the Pier Nine Casino, 9 Grand Jct Rd, Brighton BN1 1PP
This opportunity has full wheelchair access. Macmillan can cover reasonable travel costs. These need to be pre-agreed.
