Drop-in support volunteer at Bridging Change CIC

Bridging Change is an independent organisation with the intention of building strong, dynamic and successful Black and racially minoritised (BRM) groups, communities, organisations, businesses and individuals and believes that we're strongest when we work together to challenge systemic barriers.
We offer infrastructure support through engagement, training and networking. We run monthly sessions where community members discuss topics that concern them such as mental health, housing, racism in education as well as networking events, with the main aim to ensure their voices are heard and fed back to those in power.
We run monthly support drop-ins, for over 50s (Gather and Grow) and mental health and wellbeing (Rooted in Wellbeing) and we are also involved in the Climate for Communities and developing partnerships with BRM organisations across the Southeast.
