This position is for a waking night care assistant within a residential dementia home setting which homes 20 people.
You would be required to work along side another one member of the team and the hours are 8pm to 8am.
We have recently being taken over by Jiva Healthcare Ltd who have a reputation for being a very understanding and supportive company to work for who strife to ensure everyone's life is lived to the best of our abilities You would be required to work with one other staff member and ensuring that all residents are kept safe at all times, You will be required to assist residents to bed and to provide a person centred approach to each and every individual, ensuring their dignity and respect at all times.
As part of your duties you would be expected to do some light housework and also checking everyone every hour with the importance of noting this is a waking night position.
You would be able to receive training with administrating medication along side any other relevant training
