This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, confident with numbers, and eager to develop a career in finance. You’ll have strong Excel skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office, with the ability to handle and present data clearly. Just as important are your communication and interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working with teams across the organisation to resolve queries and support processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment, gain broad exposure to financial processes, and contribute to the success of Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival’s world-class cultural programme. If you’re proactive, a strong team player, and ready to grow within a leading arts organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
