The Health Accountability Support Group - Weekly on Saturday from 19 Feb to 22 Oct

Are you on a journey of weight loss or changing your habits to become more healthy?

Have to attended a health programme but are now left without continued support and accountability?

Do you know how to get healthy but need to touch base with a supportive group to keep on track?

If you have answered YES to one or more of your questions the Health Accountability Support Group is for you.

Many of us struggle to maintain a healthy life style if we are not supported. Come along to this informal group and share your weekly struggles and aspirations regarding a more healthy life style with people going through similar experiences and challenges to you.

When we share and support each other we are able to keep going through tough challenges and any obstacles we encounter.

The ethos of the group is continued support, through kind and reflective discussion.

The group will involve a small number of people gathering once a week to check in with each other.

If you wish to monitor your weight in an ongoing basis, there will be scales provided, but that is not compulsary, the choice is yours.

Simon will facilitate a short chat to give each member a chance to share their challenges and talk about positive actions that can be done throughout the up coming week to keep them on target.

This first meeting is scheduled for the 19th February and will last no longer than an hour.
Don’t worry if you miss the start date, this is an ongoing support group and you can drop in at any time.

The group is free of charge. It is for aimed at anyone 18+

If you are interested please contact Simon via email: simon.topping@gmail.com for further information and to register for the first meeting.

Looking forward to seeing you on the 19th.
