Aspie Trainers supports autistic people to design and deliver engaging, high quality autism training which mixes thorough and up to date research and theory with the lived experiences of the trainers themselves.
We aim to improve services and communities for autistic people through excellent training, and at the same time to support our trainers to develop skills and confidence to support them into further employment.
Aspie Trainers provide sessions for parent/carers and professionals. For organisations we can taylor our sessions to meet any specific team needs, or alternatively we offer range of pre-designed sessions including:
- Autism in the classroom
- Autism and communication
- Emotional support for autistic young people
- Meltdowns and shutdowns
- Autism and women
