We are a small voluntary organisation with ambitious plans for future expansion of our services as we ease out of the current Covid-19 restrictions.
What does the opportunity involve doing?
Works in partnership with the board of trustees and support service users, helping them enjoy social activities organised by the charity; and to optimise the relationship between the board of trustees and the service users.
As our events are mainly held in Brighton and Hove, we are particularly keen to recruit someone from the local community in Brighton and Hove, East or West Sussex.
What induction, training and support is offered?
Full training in planning, organising, and managing one of our events will be provided.
What skills or qualities are needed?
Background:
A good understanding of the social challenges faced by people living with HIV.
Event management.
Customer service skills.
