What does the opportunity involve doing?

QueenSpark, Brighton's community publisher, is looking for new people to join our Board of Trustees. You don't have to have served on a Board before, and we are looking for people who have commitment to, or skills in, the following:
Finance - to liaise with our part-time Finance Worker and accountant; to oversee yearly budgets, make payments, and submit relevant statutory accounts.
Equality, diversity and inclusion experience - including an interest in community engagement and amplifying lesser-heard voices.
Fundraising - particularly from local business, sponsorhip and individual giving.

What induction, training and support is offered?

New Trustees are inducted into the responsibilities of the role(s) by the Chair and other Trustees.
