The Oliver McGowan Facilitator Trainer delivers the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism in partnership with an Expert by Experience Co-Trainer, ensuring sessions are engaging, interactive, and meet national quality standards.
They facilitate discussions and learning activities in a safe, inclusive environment, manage session logistics, and promote values of dignity, respect, and person-centred practice throughout the training.
