Bank Youth Worker (Zero Hours) at Esteem

Looking for flexible work where you can genuinely make a difference? We’re on the lookout for Bank Youth Workers to join our team on a casual, ad-hoc basis - supporting sessions for young people aged 14–26 across the week. This is ideal if you want meaningful work that fits around other commitments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a charity that is passionate about facilitating spaces for young adults to thrive through developing their skills and confidence both for their own benefit and for that of society as a whole.

Based in Sussex, Esteem works with young adults aged 14-26 to overcome multiple barriers and develop power in their communities through a range of group activities and 1-2-1 support.

At Esteem, we believe that:
We all need someone to believe in us and the space to believe in ourselves.
Whatever challenges young adults face, at Esteem, we can belong and make a positive difference in our own and others’ lives.
When we value ourselves and each other, we can all thrive together.

The primary role of the Bank Youth Worker is to work with the Esteem’s Wellbeing and Social Youth Worker to support the Esteem social activity sessions.
