The Clubhouse (at Wilding Waterhall)

Facilities include:
- Large, airy and bright, with huge windows
- Multiple paths leading around the wilding site to explore
- Large outside area
- Capacity: up to 75 people (some larger events may be possible, please chat to us)
- Disabled access and disabled toilet, plus two gender neutral cubicles
- Large free car park, plus walking and cycling routes
- Kitchen facilities – oven, hob, microwave and hot drink facilities
- Recycling & composting of all waste on site
- Projector and screen (please specify if needed)
- WiFi mobile hotspot (max 32 devices connected)
- Tables and chairs

Cost:
- £35 per hour standard hire, minimum booking length of 4 hours on weekdays. Weekends and regular booking lengths by negotiation.
- £40 per hour for bookings made by large organisations (turnover £1million+) or for bookings with 50+ attendees
- Reduced price of £30ph for large charities, and £25ph for small community groups.
- £5 per hour additional staffing fee applies for evening and weekend hires, please enquire in good time to ensure availability.
- Special rate available on Monday daytimes for community groups & charities – £5 per hour less than the rates quoted above
- Please get in touch if you would like to take advantage of any of our optional extras – including site tours & wellbeing activities, transport help, supply of hot drinks and/or catering, or our event manager service.
