We are a not-for-profit, community interest therapy practice in Brighton and Hove. We aim to provide high quality and affordable counselling and therapy to people living in our community.
We offer free Initial Consultations to consider what the issues are and how best we can help.
We currently have funding to offer time-limited subsidised sessions to those who cannot afford the full fee. The funding we have is available to :
- people who have cancer
- people who have serious mental illness and complex PTSD
- people in marginalised groups.
- Ukrainian Refugees in Brighton & Hove
We also have trainee counsellors and psychotherapists on placement at Phoenix who offer low cost sessions.
