Cascade Creative Recovery

Cascade Creative Recovery runs a variety of drop in groups to allow people to discover their creative self. We are here for anyone in or looking to get into recovery from addiction. Currently based at the Brighthelm Centre we offer a wide range of esteem building groups for people to get involved with including Choir, Yoga, Mindfulness, Art, Drama, Peer Support Groups and more. We also run sober open mic nights and have recovery coaches for those looking for 1-1 support. Please don't hesitate to drop by and see what we do, or contact for more info.
