We’re looking for a Youth Voice Coordinator to help ensure young people experiencing homelessness in Brighton & Hove are heard, included, and empowered to influence positive change — both within our centre and beyond. This role is about:
Facilitating youth-led meetings & projects
Supporting young people to share their experiences safely
Embedding young voices into our service design & partnerships
Working in a trauma-informed, psychologically aware way To empower young people experiencing homelessness by ensuring their voices influence decisions within
the centre, locally, and nationally. The role coordinates youth engagement, promotes their input in service
delivery, and facilitates personal development through structured support and advocacy.
