Youth Garden and Therapeutic Programme Coordinator at Jamie’s Farm

Looking for an exciting opportunity to play an important role in transforming the lives of young people?

We are looking for a warm, practical and reflective person to join our Lewes team as Youth Programme Garden & Therapeutic Leader (known internally as Garden and Therapeutic Coordinator) to help support young people through therapeutic conversations, garden-based sessions and shared activity in a beautiful farm environment.

This full-time role combines direct work with young people and the development of the kitchen garden at Jamie’s Farm Lewes. You will support young people through personalised therapeutic conversations, reflective group discussions and meaningful garden-based activity, while also contributing to wider farm life.

We are looking for someone with professional experience working with young people experiencing challenge, alongside strong experience, expertise or interest in gardening, horticulture or growing. You will bring practical skills, a therapeutic mindset, warmth, curiosity and patience, as well as strong communication, listening and teamwork skills.
