We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Youth/Playworker to join our Young Carers team. At The Carers Centre, we support over 2,000 unpaid family carers across Brighton & Hove every year. In this role, you will help deliver creative, engaging, and supportive activities for young carers, working alongside a passionate team of staff and volunteers to make a real difference in their lives.

Line Manager: Young Carers Senior Support Worker
Hours: Primarily during school holidays and term-time evenings; some weekends.
Sessional Rate: £14.12 per hour (Support Work), £14.95 per hour (Lead Worker) – Higher pay rates dependent on duties, as agreed with line manager. Rates include annual leave allowance.
Notice Period: Please provide reasonable notice if you are unable to attend a session or will no longer be available.
