The post holder will form part of a busy outreach team that supports the reconnection of service users to their area of origin. Good communication skills, team-working and an understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness or vulnerable individuals is essential. Having good knowledge of the city and good partnership links is desirable.
The post holder will be flexible in their approach to providing the best service for people experiencing homelessness including rough sleepers. You will be required to work some unsocial hours. You must be proactive to ensure clients have ongoing support.

Homelessness
Mental health
Criminal Justice System
Substance misuse

You will have to record information about what is done, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and good attention to detail is important.
