About you
This role will suit motivated, committed individuals who have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives, as well as:
Experience of working with vulnerable people; motivating and empowering complex and diverse client groups to sustain housing, health and/or work outcomes.
Great communication skills, with the ability to network and build effective relationships with a variety people, including clients, internal colleagues and partner agencies, with an understanding and respect for all cultural backgrounds.
The ability to work independently and be comfortable as a lone worker, with a good knowledge of relevant protocols and safety precautions.
The ability to manage your own caseload with a proactive and innovative approach to your work through multi-disciplinary planning and an understanding of an MDT approach, and to work flexibly to provide tailored support to meet clients’ individual needs and aspirations.
