Experienced in working with vulnerable populations, including those affected by homelessness, trauma, substance use, or mental health challenges.
Strong communicator, able to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to advocate for and support residents’ needs.
Proficient in creating and managing personalized support plans, and skilled in documentation and record-keeping.
Knowledgeable in trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches, with a commitment to promoting change and independence.
Resilient and adaptable, capable of maintaining calm in challenging situations and de-escalating conflicts with empathy.
Willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous support for residents.
