Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

The post holders will form part of a busy outreach team that supports individuals rough sleeping in the city. Good communication skills, team-working and an understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness or vulnerable individuals is essential. Having good knowledge of the city and good partnership links is desirable.

The post holder will be flexible in their approach to providing the best service for people experiencing homelessness including rough sleepers. You will be required to work some unsocial hours. You must be proactive to ensure clients have ongoing support.
