Key Responsibilities
Crisis Support
Collaborate with specialist agencies (e.g., supported accommodation, Brighton and Hove Council, substance misuse, mental health, criminal justice system, and domestic violence services) to enhance client experiences.
Support the Centre and Crisis Manager with clients who are in crisis.
Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary meetings for clients in crisis or on your caseload.
Contribute to decision-making processes regarding client needs and plans.
Client Progression
Manage a caseload of clients to support their journey from crisis to stability.
Utilise a structured, time-defined casework model to provide focused assistance.
Support Duty Coordinators and volunteers to ensure appropriate referrals to partner agencies and specialist services.
Communicate individual client needs and progression goals to the services team.
Assist with monitoring and evaluation processes, including funder and organisational requirements.
Record client data in a central system (InForm), including Young People’s Outcome Stars and Goals.
Other Duties
Support the Services and Volunteer teams with running the centre and safeguarding issues - working alongside the Centre and Services Managers.
Contribute to organisation-wide projects aligned with strategic goals.
Promote and participate in Youth Voice initiatives, training, meetings, and team events.
Undertake occasional evening and weekend work as required.
Perform other reasonable tasks as required for the role.
