Phoenix Therapy Practice is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. We aim to provide high quality and affordable counselling and therapy to people living in East and West Sussex.
What does the opportunity involve doing?
We are looking for an Admin Volunteer to support with the day to day running of our busy therapy practice.
Time commitment: 4-5 hours a week (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). We ask for a minimum commitment of 12 months.
Providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and Director
Responding to client enquiries by email, phone and in person
Booking clients in for initial consultations
Processing client paperwork and updating the database
Filing and archiving documents

What induction, training and support is offered?
A full induction will be provided by the Practice Manager with supervision every 6 weeks. Any training needs that are identified can be discussed.
What skills or qualities are needed?
Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Good communication and organisational skills
Friendly, reliable, team player
Patient and sensitive when speaking to clients
Attention to detail
