The Street Outreach Service at Change Grow Live supports rough sleepers to access accommodation. We are currently running a temporary accommodation hub and part of our support includes providing food for those accommodated there.
What does the opportunity involve doing?
Partnering with local businesses in Brighton, we collect and deliver food to the accommodation hub everyday (Monday-Sunday) between 4-6pm. We are looking for volunteers to support with these food delivery duties.
If you hold a driving license, we are able to add you to our team car to make the deliveries. However, you are also able to use a taxi if desired.
As a volunteer you will have access to a plethora of internal training opportunities as well as regular support.
What induction, training and support is offered?

Training will cover topics such as homelessness and housing law.
Ongoing support will include regular 1-to-1s and access to internal training opportunities.
