We are looking for someone to coordinate and support our committed group of volunteers working on the helpline. The helpline is a vital service offered by RISE where survivors of domestic abuse have an opportunity to reach out for support. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of domestic abuse, as well as an ability to be self-starting and able to manage and develop this service.
Working as part of the Access Team, this post will be divided between supporting the safe running of the helpline and carrying out duty appointments arising from helpline calls. They will also be a link person for volunteers to move within RISE.
The position is based in Brighton.
