RISE is independent charity based in Brighton and Hove that provides a range of community based and residential services to survivors of domestic abuse.
We are looking for a Service Manager to lead the Access and Outreach team through a period of change. This team is the largest team at RISE and delivers a significant part of our contract with the local authority. In addition to managing the team, they will hold responsibility for chairing weekly local multi-agency meetings focusing on risk and need.
The post holder will work closely with a second service manager, as well as being part of the wider RISE management team. They will provide line management to team leaders and be involved in the development of the service and liaising with our local partners working in the area.
