In this role you will be developing and leading a variety of interesting and engaging employment related activities for small groups, developing opportunities with local employers for individuals, supporting training and development for internal work placements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading and risk assessing any activities and participants. You will also work with participants to create individual learning plans and record achievements on these as you work towards their individual goals and the organisations. Experience of working in supported employment is highly desirable.
