Based at: City Academy Whitehawk for children aged 4-11.

WASP provides a range of child led activities using the Playwork Principles. We aim to ensure the children have a great time and develop their learning and skills through play.

We are looking for somebody to join our dynamic and friendly team from September onwards. If you can work as part of a team in a demanding environment whilst bringing enthusiasm and new ideas we would love to hear from you.

We need a Playworker to work 4 sessions per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays - job share will be considered. There will also often be opportunities to work additional relief/cover shifts.

Hours: 7 hours per week / Monday and Thursday / 2.30pm - 6.00pm, during school term-time only

Salary: Band 1 / NJC Points 2-7/ starting salary is £9.32 per hour.

Incentives: Generous holiday allowance
