In this role you will support the Service Manager and oversee the day to day delivery and progress of the work of the Brighton Street Outreach team, supervise the case management of a team of Outreach Workers and other staff; and build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Local Authority, other homeless services and housing providers across the city.

This is an exciting time to work with people rough sleeping as the team is modelling new ways of working to move people off the streets quickly.

Flexibility is essential as you will be expected to work outside of your normal working hours when required, covering shifts that include early mornings, nights and weekends.

• Above all we are looking for inspirational, committed individuals who have a genuine desire to support people to rebuild their lives.

What we offer

What we do

At St Mungo’s our vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions.
