£23,805 per annum (£22,305 per annum, plus £1,500 unsocial hours payment)
Want to be part of something amazing? We are opening a hostel and night shelter for single homeless people and rough sleepers, and we are looking for passionate and committed people to join us in creating this new service.
We are recruiting Night Support Workers to support the day-to-day operation of our hostel and the night shelter.
Working as part of a team, you will provide a reception service as well as routinely checking the whole premises. You will need to monitor guests and refuse entry to anyone compromising the safety of the hostel or residents and be able to provide an emergency response to those in crisis.

You must have experience working with people, particularly those considered to have multiple and complex support needs, and be able to manage unacceptable behaviour and de-escalate situations appropriately in order to help to keep the project quiet, safe and secure throughout the night.
This is challenging yet rewarding work that helps those we support to belong, contribute, and thrive. The role involves working on a 4 waking night shifts on, 4 waking shifts off rota pattern, starting at 9.30pm and finishing at 8.30am.
