Learning and Impact Manager at BHT

The Fulfilling Lives South East Project started in 2014 and is funded until July 2022 by the National Lottery Community Fund. It is led by BHT, with the support of delivery partners Equinox and Oasis Project and is one of twelve inter-linked projects running across England. It focusses on achieving more effective, more efficient, and better co-ordinated services for people with multiple and complex needs.

It focusses on achieving more effective, more efficient, and better co-ordinated services for people with multiple and complex needs. The project operates in Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne and Hastings and is delivered through multi-agency delivery partners in each area.

Learning and Impact Manager

Permanent

£31,519 per annum

37 hours per week, based in Hastings or Brighton

5.5% (Reviewed annually) pension contribution.

Annual Leave entitlements of 185 hours (25 working days)

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Management Team. The post holder will have lead responsibility for capturing and disseminating the learning from the project in order to shape and influence positive systems change for people with multiple complex needs.

The post holder will manage a small team and oversee the production and publication of high-quality content to share learning and maximise project impact and profile.

The post holder will need to evidence experience of working in the field of multiple and complex needs, alongside management experience and partnership working. We are looking for exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate effectively.

The post is based in Brighton or Hastings, but the post holder will be required to work across all 3 sites in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings.
