Information Database Administrator (FPOC)
Hours: 37 hours a week
Salary: £20,500 per annum FTE
Location: Littlehampton or Horsham or another AUKWSBH location, to be confirmed (with regular travel to our other sites)
We are currently looking for a First Point of Contact (FPOC) Information Database Administrator to join our dedicated team on a full-time, permanent contract.

As a First Point of Contact (FPOC) Information Database Administrator, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and developing our information database and providing administrative, online and telephone support to our FPOC Team.
In this varied role, you will collate information from across the organisation into one central knowledge management system to help support all AUKWSBH services, including partners. Working with every team and service across the organisation, as well as external partners, you will ensure the information is accurate and up to date.
To join us as a First Point of Contact (FPOC) Information Database Administrator, you will need:
- Experience of setting up and managing an information database, handling information and records accurately
- An understanding of, and interest in, older people, their situation and the opportunities they may want and/or need
- Attention to detail including a commitment to high levels of customer service
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Excellent IT and computer skills including email, Excel, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams
- A commitment to equality and inclusivity across all aspects of this role
- A full driving licence and access to your own car for travel within the role
Experience of working or volunteering with older people would be beneficial, as would knowledge of the local community, third sector and any other groups or organisations working with older people.
Experience of working in a call-centre or similar environment would be equally desirable, as would an understanding of how to create a knowledge management system.
The location for this role is flexible for the right candidate, however, regular travel will be required across our sites.
