We are looking to recruit a Co-ordinator to support our team delivering the Help at Home Service covering cleaning, shopping and a range of household tasks. The role will involve meeting customers to determine their requirements, assessing their needs, and matching self-employed home helps to deliver the service. We also monitor the service delivered to ensure quality standards are maintained. You need to be an organised person with good administration, observation and communication skills.
Age UK offers annual leave entitlement of 28 days per annum, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time)
The post needs you to have a full driving licence and use of a car, which mileage can be claimed back.
