Excellent strategic and new business skills are required to lead the New Business Development team so the charity continues to thrive and make progress against its mission “to end local homelessness”. We also plan to increase our properties and are in the process seeking registration as a housing association. A background in housing/homelessness is required preferably with some housing association experience.
You will be an inspiring and expert leader who can put quality front and centre to improve client outcomes through greater psychologically informed working grounded in their expertise. We need to know how well we are doing so an advanced understanding how to measure and report performance is required alongside Health and Safety.
Our mission puts communities at its heart. You will have responsibility for our Community Development team supporting our volunteers, donations function, and digital inclusion. We recently won Queens Award for Voluntary Services which recognised the breadth and depth of our community offer – you will value and understand how community support is not just a bolt on but central to ending local homelessness
