Facilities Manager at Sussex Past, MICHELHAM PRIORY

In this role we are looking for someone to lead on facilities management for the site, which will include managing works undertaken under contract, managing our maintenance volunteers, developing the maintenance programme for the site and ensuring that the site is maintained to a high standard at all times.

We are ideally seeking someone with previous experience of supervising a range of property management functions, preferably including historic buildings and a good understanding of health and safety legislation and how these are applied to operational site maintenance plus a good understanding of site security.

To support the core operations of the business and ensure that the buildings and services meet the needs of the site users. Oversee & agree contracts and service provisions for security, cleaning, buildings maintenance and parking. Act as Duty Manager on a rota basis.
