Location: Flexible. The team are currently home-based with the option, as restrictions allow, of 1 day a week working from our London base.
Start date: As soon as possible
Hours of work: 28-35 hours per week (we are open to discussion on this)
Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year (Statutory Bank Holidays are additional)
Coordinator salary: £22,000 - £24,000 (dependent on experience)
Manager salary: £26,000 - £31,000 (dependent on experience)
Pension: Automatic enrolment into a direct contribution pension scheme (3% employer contribution)

We train and support facilitators from local churches to run parenting programmes which equip parents and carers facing disadvantages with confidence, competence, and community, enabling their children to thrive. About the Role:
At a significant time of growth for Kids Matter, we are looking to grow our Communications Team and our Digital Engagement.
Can you take complex issues and translate them into compelling digital campaigns for multiple audiences? Do you love to tell stories with energy and clarity and are you at home with all things digital? Could you bring your marketing skills and experience to a small and dynamic team?
If so, we would love to hear from you! The ability to engage diverse audiences and build engagement to scale our work is vital and this role is right at the heart of this opportunity. It will offer the right candidate the opportunity to gain and grow their experience across all aspects of digital marketing and engagement in a small agile team where there is freedom to develop new ideas and ways of doing things.
Our main priority is finding an individual who is passionate about the work that Kids Matter does and who wants to tell our stories in a compelling way. We are open to this role being one where the right candidate can gain and grow their experience and start out with us as a Digital Engagement Coordinator working alongside our content developers/freelancers.
We are also open to hearing from applicants who have more experience and would like the opportunity to grow their experience as our Digital Engagement Manager, remaining hands-on but taking on more responsibility line-managing our content developers/freelancers and designing and leading our marketing strategy.
