We are looking for someone who will lead, develop and manage services, building(s) and people for the benefit of older people in Brighton and Hove. Working in partnership with colleagues, key stakeholders, local organisations and communities, this will mean high quality, impactful services and activities for older people.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic person who understands community development and true partnership working, who enjoys working as part of a team and who is solution focused.

In these unprecedented times, we are looking for someone who can help us navigate the current challenges and begin to open up our building/services but who can also look wider for new ways of working and new partnerships, to help meet the needs of older people locally.

You will need to be a self-starter with excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills to drive forward our ambition for the locality. The role is based from Prestonville Road, Brighton and you will work as part of a wider team and services.

This role is a job share, working Monday to Wednesday and 18 hours.

This post requires you to have a full driving licence and use of a car.
