This is a new and exciting role for someone who will lead, develop and manage services, building(s) and people for the benefit of older people in Horsham District. Working in partnership with colleagues, key stakeholders, local organisations and communities, this will mean high quality, impactful services and activities for older people.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic person who understands community development and true partnership working, who enjoys working as part of a team and who is solution focused.
In these unprecedented times, we need someone who can help us navigate the current challenges and begin to open up our building/services but who can also look wider for new ways of working and new partnerships to help meet the needs of older people locally.
You will need to be a self-starter with excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills to drive forward our ambition for the locality. If you wish to make a significant, positive difference to older people’s lives and you’re ready for a new challenge, we look forward to hearing from you! You will join our committed, well respected charity.
The role is based from Lavinia House, Horsham and you will work as a part of a wider team and services managing a small team.
This post requires you to have a full driving licence and use of a car.
