Caretaker/cleaner – Brighton & Hove at YMCADLG

Caretaker/cleaner Brighton & Hove Permanent Contract 30 or 37.5 hours per week £18,500 pa (pro-rata for 30 hours)

We need caretaker/cleaners who can contribute to the provision of high quality, safe, welcoming and secure supported housing and night shelter services for single homeless people and rough sleepers

In this role you will provide responsive cleaning, caretaking and maintenance responsibilities at St Patricks, and local sites managed by YMCA DownsLink Group.

You must have a proven ability to provide a good quality cleaning and caretaking service, posses basic maintenance skills (e.g., use of basic hand tools such as screwdrivers), and have enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help support the vulnerable people we work with.
