There are three balconies at Community Base - a wheelchair accessible fifth floor balcony outside our South Wing conference room, a fourth floor balcony at the north west of the building and a fifth floor balcony up a set of stairs from this fourth floor balcony.

Smoking is not allowed on the fourth floor balcony but is allowed on the fifth floor balcony up the stairs from the fourth floor balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the south fifth floor balcony next to the conference room by people hiring South Wing meeting rooms at the time.
